Order Confirmation

Once your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email, including all order details.

General Terms

These terms apply to www.artbyrimsberg.com, owned by Marie Rimsberg / Art by Rimsberg.
We offer art for both private homes and businesses.

These terms apply to customers residing in Sweden. International orders are subject to additional shipping fees.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Purchase Agreement

A binding agreement is made once you complete your order at checkout.
An order confirmation will be sent via email.

If any issue occurs with your order, we will contact you regarding updates such as delivery changes or unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical or technical errors.
Product images may differ slightly from reality. Colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and image quality.

Delivery

We aim to provide fast delivery in cooperation with PostNord.

Larger items are delivered to your home

Smaller items are delivered to your nearest pickup point

International shipping is available, with additional fees applied.

Handling Time

Orders with items in stock are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Delivery Delays

Any delays will be communicated via email.

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers or suppliers.
All shipments are fully insured.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages remain at pickup points for approximately 14 days.
Unclaimed packages will be returned and a fee of 200 SEK will be charged.

Payment

We collaborate with Klarna Bank AB (reg. no. SE556737-0431) for secure payments.
By completing your purchase, you agree to both our terms and Klarna’s terms.

We also accept Swish payments.

Pricing

All prices include VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices and product offerings.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund (excluding return shipping costs).
Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Condition of Goods

You may inspect the product, but it must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Complaints

If your item is damaged or faulty, please email us with photos and your order number.
We will respond as soon as possible.

By placing an order, you consent to us storing and processing your personal data to complete your purchase.
