About me

A little about me:

My artistic journey began when I was young, but it was at the start of the pandemic that everything truly took off. Since 2020, I have been working full-time as an artist and spend an average of five hours a day in the studio, where I continuously develop my painting and explore new forms of expression.

For me, every brushstroke is filled with love. I often paint to music, allowing the feeling and rhythm to guide me through the process. Being able to create without pressure is one of the greatest gifts I have received. In that freedom, I can stay curious, experiment, and follow my inner visions without being influenced by the outside world.

I often work in different series and in varying sizes, where the pieces can interact both in private homes and public spaces. I draw inspiration from the nature and architecture around me - especially from Kalmar, where I have lived most of my life, and from the unique landscape of Öland, where I also have one of my studios.

I accept selected commissions and interpret personal stories through my paintings. In 2024, I created a painting for Benjamin Ingrosso, which I also had the opportunity to present to him personally in Kalmar.

My process is built layer upon layer, where I shape the painting almost like a sculpture and allow different dimensions to emerge. Depth, texture, and movement are given space, but it is always the light that remains at the center.
